Due Dates:

If a date falls on a weekend/holiday it will be due the following work week.

• October 15 - Candidate submits request for Faculty Peer Evaluators to Dean
• December 1 - Submit your dossier to the Academic Affairs Office

Any late dossiers will be noted and it will be at the discretion of ART and the Provost whether you will be reviewed.

Please Note:
Your Dossier must be submitted to Academic Affairs. It must be submitted with each section as its own folder and as a PDF file.
