6 Year or Tenure and/or Promotion Review

This process is for anyone going up for their 6 year review and/or tenure review and/or a Promotion review. This includes promotion to Senior Lecturer or to Full Professor.

• Candidate Packet
• Peer Evaluator Request Form

Due Dates:

If a date falls on a weekend/holiday it will be due the following work day.

• February 1 - Candidate submits Declaration of Candidacy and Peer Evaluator Form to Dean
• June 30 - Candidate submits dossier to the Academic Affairs Office

Any late dossiers will be noted and it will be at the discretion of ART and the Provost whether you will be reviewed.

Your Dossier must be submitted to Academic Affairs. It must be submitted with each section as its own folder and as a PDF file.
