Biennial Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Managers and Supervisors
This seminar, led by attorney Glen Kraemer, will challenge the often-mistaken ideas managers may hold concerning the types of conduct that rise to the level of sexual harassment; actions constituting "notice" of unwelcome behavior; and their obligations and liabilities concerning the elimination of harassment in the workplace. In anticipationg of Senate Bill 396, which takes effect January 1, 20187, the seminar will also introduce practical examples that address harassment based on gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation.

Who should attend: mandatory for current managers and supervisors.
