What We Do
The goals of the Staff Development Committee (SDC) are to:
- Represent the interests of staff
- Connect staff to the mission of the University
- Bring staff together through community building
Here are some of the ways that we work to meet those goals:
The SDC sponsors and hosts 4 town hall events during the academic year to give employees the opportunity to learn about developments on campus and ask questions of the administration.
These awards acknowledge staff accomplishments and achievements that support and further the mission, goals, values and initiatives of Cal Lutheran.
Campus Community Day
This event is an opportunity for all employees to join colleagues for a day of activities and informative sessions to mark the close of another successful academic year.
Staff Satisfaction Survey
The SDC helps to promote, administer, and report about the results of Cal Lutheran's employee satisfaction survey.
