What We Do

The goals of the Staff Development Committee (SDC) are to:

  • Represent the interests of staff
  • Connect staff to the mission of the University
  • Bring staff together through community building

Here are some of the ways that we work to meet those goals:

Town Halls

The SDC sponsors and hosts 4 town hall events during the academic year to give employees the opportunity to learn about developments on campus and ask questions of the administration.
