The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership is a dynamic, interdisciplinary degree that develops effective and proactive leaders through the enhancement of interpersonal, communication, organizational and critical thinking skills. Students are challenged to immerse themselves in the theory and practice of leadership on individual, group and organizational levels.<\/p>\n

This major is part of our Bachelor\u2019s Degree for Professionals, a degree completion program designed specifically for working adults. Each student enters the program with a minimum of 24 transfer credits<\/a>, with many bringing in even more credits, allowing them to finish their degree faster.<\/p>\n
