Registration Process
To register for the institute, please complete three quick steps. This ensures that we have everything needed to welcome you at Cal Lutheran.
Step 1. Pay registration fee
Click the button below to submit your payment.
If the fee poses a significant financial burden, please email Dr. Brian J Collins to request a fee waiver.
Step 2. Complete waiver and release
Please download, print, and complete the two PDF files linked below with your handwritten signature. Then, upload your completed files to the form in Step 3 or email them to briancollins@CalLutheran.edu.
Step 3. Submit registration form
Provide your response to the following registration questions and click the button to submit when finished.
