Class attendance is a first come first serve basis.
Pilates Mat Classes are strength training for the core using your own body for resistance. Some of the most intense Pilates exercises are combined with athletic trianing moves to provide an effective workout that will improve core strength, balance, flexibility and tone the whole body. All levels of fitness are welcome! Please bring water and an exercise mat.
