McNair Scholars Info Session

The McNair Scholars Program is now accepting new applicants.

We are inviting students who have a 3.0 GPA or higher, students who are first-generation, students who come from a low-income house hold or students who are African-American, Native-American, Pacific Islander, or Chicanx/Latinx to apply for the McNair Scholars Program.

We are dedicated to providing research-related experiences and academic support to diligent students who are interested in obtaining a Ph.D. We serve students who are both first-generation and low-income or who are from groups underrepresented in graduate school. No prior research experience is needed.

McNair Scholars receive a variety of benefits, including summer research internship with free housing and meals, faculty mentoring, graduate school preparation, academic counseling, tutoring, campus tours, paid conference travel, cultural events and much more!

After you graduate from CLU, you can do what most do and join the private sector. Or, better yet, you can continue on the path to earn your doctoral degree and find success with a Ph.D.

Students who complete their application by October 15 are guaranteed an interview.
