Traditional Chumash and Tataviam Storytelling with Alan Salazar.

CCEI will host Chumash and Tataviam elder, Alan Salazar for an evening of traditional storytelling. In addition to being a storyteller, Alan is a consultant/monitor, a spiritual adviser, and a traditional paddler of Chumash canoes. 

Cal Lutheran students who attend this event  will be entered into a raffle to win a special curated box for Native American/American Indian and Alaska Native Heritage Month! The box features an enamel pin from The NTVS, stickers from Honyoutink, socks from 8th Generation, a buffalo meat bar with cranberries from Tanka, and a zine from Kimberly Dawn Robertson!
