Senate

March 31st
$4,050 were allocated towards the Exchange for Change event on April 23rd.

April 7th
$535 were allocated towards the Acapella Club.
$1,224 were allocated towards the Adventure Club.
$328 were allocated towards the Student Philanthropy Council.

Cody Jones is working on getting a commuter microwave.
Daniel Lacey is working on getting the words out on the HUB and the ASCLUG Facebook page.
Ryan Luchs will have the survey report by the next meeting.

Morgan McVey was absent at the April 7th meeting.
Caleb Arndt is continuing to work on the Exchange for Change event on April 23rd.
Izzy Arogundade is working with Megan on the raffle during the Exchange for Change tabling event.
Courtney Sabile has completed her project to install new lighting in Kingsmen Park. She is looking into getting a plaque for the project.
Josh Wood has completed his project to install skateboard racks. He's looking into giving away locks and maybe a skateboard as an outreach effort.
Ricky Hegner is working on the Senate tabling event to help with the suggestion box.
Megan Callery is working with Izzy on the raffle during the Exchange for Change tabling event.
Michelle Grawet is in touch with Julius Bianchi for costs of installing a printer in Gilbert. Julius would like ASCLUG Senate to pay for the printer.
Rachael Cortina has completed her project to install window tinting in Mogen Lounge.
Joette Carini is working on the marketing for the Exchange for Change event.
Abel Cocos was absent at the April 7th meeting.
Mike Frieda is working on getting stickers and magnets for outreach efforts.
Gregg Salazar is working with Facilities to finish installing the water fountains.
Daniel Aldrete is looking for a charity to donate the proceeds of Exchange for Change.
Chelsea Gutowski is looking into the green initiative.
Alejandra Cueva is working on the Exchange for Change tabling event to get tables, chairs, and speakers.

Programs Board

The "Jimmy Jamma Swimmas" Committee (Committe Chair: Jasmine Waples, jwaples@callutheran.edu) just planned and executed a Drop In (April 11th at 1:30 pm by the Tennis Courts).

The "Gentleman's Cut" Committee (Committee Chair: Carlos Moran, cmoran@callutheran.edu) is working with the Wellness event Color Dash.

The "TBC" Committee (Committee Chair: Laurel Skinner, lskinner@callutheran.edu) is planning a support event for the track and field team. The committee is also planning Club Lu: Laser Tag (May 9th, location and time TBD) and planning to distribute Six Flags tickets valid for May 4th.

The "Cloch" Committee (Committee Chair: Ottilie Yee, oyee@callutheran.edu) is looking into supporting Green Week hosted by the Community Service Center.

Senate Meeting will take place on April 14th at 5:20 pm in Lundring Events Center (Please note that the meeting location has been changed for this week only.); Programs Board Meeting will also take place on April 14th at 7:15 pm in Swenson 101.
