Virtual Biotech Bootcamp

This fun and interactive session introduces students to careers in the biotech industry. Most new medicines, diagnostics, and medical devices are discovered and developed by biotech companies. 

Join Dr. Steve Casper, Professor of Management, and Ms. Sharon Palma, Sr. Admissions Outreach Rep at KGI, as you explore the world of Biotechnology. During the boot camp, students learn about different areas of biotechnology and career options in the field, many of which do not require a PhD!

Students participate in a fun team project to learn about developing a significant biotech or pharmaceutical product, device, or diagnostic. The event will also introduce students to graduate school options focused on biotechnology.
