We are excited to announce that the 6th Annual Multifaith Leadership Conference will be held at California Lutheran University.
The Multifaith Conference brings together college students, campus administrators, and faculty members to share experiences, stories and resources in their work for social change.
In 2012, the University of Southern California hosted the First Annual Student Multifaith Leadership Conference organized by the USC Interfaith Council and the USC Office of Religious Life. Each year, different institutions have had the opportunity to host their own conference including Chapman University, University of La Verne, and Occidental College.
Calling for Workshop Proposals
Quality workshops are pivotal to the conference. This year we would like to explore best practices of peer lead lessons, meetings and activities however, we are also open to workshops focused on other issues. If interested, simply note it on the registration form.
Calling Teams for a Case Study Competition
This year, in addition to exciting workshops, we would like to encourage students to create teams of three to compete in our Case Study Competition. Registered teams will receive the case study three days prior to the conference. The case will be a challenging scenario that students may encounter as advocates for interfaith. The participants will present to a panel of judges their proposed solutions. Participants are encouraged to be creative in their approach and display critical thinking, problem solving and initiative. The winners will be announced at the closing session. To register for a team, simple note it in the registration form below.
Deadline to Register is October 19th
