Group Therapy

Group therapy provides a unique opportunity for people to help each other and gain support from each other. Sometimes the focus is on sharing common concerns, but the focus can also involve exploring personal issues and learning from each other. Group therapy helps people sharpen communication skills, gain personal insight, and connect more fully with others. Groups can be a great place to continue the work that you may have started in individual therapy.
