Group Therapy

Group therapy provides a unique opportunity for people to help each other and gain support. Sometimes the focus is on sharing common concerns, but can also involve exploring personal issues and learning from each other. Group therapy helps people sharpen communication skills, gain personal insight, and connect more fully with others.

Group sessions do not count toward our 12-session limit, so students are encouraged to take advantage. They are also a great place to continue the work that you may have started in individual therapy.
