World AIDS Day 2011

One of the most recognized international public health observances, World AIDS Day raises awareness about the impact of a global pandemic and the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS.
At 2 p.m., a panel of local residents will share personal experiences with HIV/AIDS and respond to audience questions. At 4 p.m., following the panel discussion in Swenson 101, a vigil service will be held on the Swenson front entrance patio. Resource tables will be set up in the Swenson lobby from 1:30 to 5 p.m.
