Creating a Service Learning Class

Join your colleagues Louise Kelly, David Grannis, and Sarah Fischbach as they discuss the process of creating a service learning class. Service learning is a form of experiential learning that integrates academic study with relevant community service. The goal is to have students gain direct experience with real-world problems, while reflecting on and learning from these experiences. Service learning classes are a challenge to create, but done well, they can benefit the students and their communities in life-changing ways.
