Ramsey Jay Jr, will empower, inspire and motivate participants as he shares insights and strategies for promoting unity, celebrating Black excellence and becoming better allies.

We believe that fostering understanding, unity and allyship is a collective effort, and we welcome all who are interested in being part of this important conversation. We encourage you to invite your friends, colleagues and community members to join us for this enlightening experience.

Jay, the founding principal of Ramsey Jay, Jr. and Associates, a strategic consulting company, and an MBA graduate of the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, has delivered more than 600 keynotes, seminars and corporate trainings. He’s the author of Empowering Dreamers to Become Achievers and The Mentorship Engine, and received the 2023 President’s Lifetime Achievement Award for Volunteer Service from AmeriCorps and the office of the President of the United States.
