CLU uses a team approach to help its faculty develop projects related to teaching and learning. The CTL staff determines the scheduling and implementation process of faculty projects based on equability and time limitations.
In 1999, a grant from the Charles E. Culpeper Foundation provided for a customized approach to the integration of technology into the CLU academic curriculum. The Culpeper projects were developed in cycles following the timelines of CLU's academic curriculum from Fall 1999 through Spring 2002.
Funding for faculty projects has subsequently been institutionalized and new course redesigns, Blackboard, and other projects are developed on a continuing basis. All faculty are invited to submit redesign proposals.
