Every Thursday evening starting Thursday Feb. 6th and ending Thursday May 8th

5:15pm - 6:15pm (classes typically meet in the dance studio)

Class attendance is a first come first serve basis.

Class Description:

A vinyasa flow yoga class that incorporates "sun salutations" with balance/strengthening poses, deeply held stretches, and breath techniques to give the body and mind a full workout.
