Conejo Valley Walk to End Genocide

Join fellow Cal Lutheran students and Thousand Oaks community members on Sunday, May 4th to support ending the many genocides around the world. Registration is $15 for students and includes an event t-shirt. Sign up to walk with the CLU team at the link below.

The walk stretches approximately 2 miles along sidewalks in Thousand Oaks. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. and the Walk starts at 12:30 p.m. Participants can also visit the Global Village Festival, before and after the Walk, for information and advocacy booths on Darfur, Sudan, Congo and other human rights abuses, conflict minerals campaign and other advocacy opportunities, solar cooker demonstrations, crafts, merchandise, food, music and more.

All money raised by the event goes toward relief for genocide victims and measures to bring an end to genocides around the globe.
