Student Counseling Services (SCS) provides personal counseling in a new state-of-the-art facility. The counseling we provide is free of charge for enrolled students (including Graduate and ADEP students) and is completely confidential. Counseling is provided by a Licensed Psychologist and by Post-doctoral Fellows who work under the clinical supervision of a fully-licensed psychologist.

Setting up an appointment

To schedule an appointment with a counselor at SCS, simply call us during our hours of operation at (805) 493-3SCS(727). The person who answers will find a time and schedule an appointment for you. When you arrive you will be asked to fill out some paperwork and then your counselor will come and take you to a private room where the two of you can talk. If you have any other questions about our services, you can email Greg Daven at Student Counseling Services at gdaven@callutheran.edu.
