Aquatic Center Construction Updates

Work is commencing on the 50-meter Samuelson Aquatics Center. Look for this
project to be completed in January 2007. |

This project bid in December, with bids unfortunately reflecting recent
escalation in steel and concrete costs. CLU Facilities is currently modifying
some of the aquatics building design to cut some costs out of the project, but
the project will almost certainly require additional budget funding to
construct the originally planned 50 meter pool. |
