Lambda Pi Eta

Lambda Pi Eta (LPH) is the National Communication Association’s official honor society at four-year colleges and universities nationwide. The honor society recognizes outstanding student scholars in Communication. LPH has more than 500 active chapters in 47 states, and is a member of the Association of College Honor Societies (ACHS).

Membership in Lambda Pi Eta signifies distinguished achievement in the discipline of Communication. LPH chapters are communities of students and faculty that organize a wide variety of philanthropic, academic, and social programs. Additional benefits of membership include a certificate of lifetime membership, lapel pin, and honor cord to wear at commencement.

To become a member, an undergraduate student must have completed 60 semester credit-hours, have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 for all courses taken, and be currently enrolled in good standing. The student must also have completed 12 semester credit-hours in communication coursework and have a minimum GPA of 3.50 for all communication coursework.
