Submit a Workorder
If you are experiencing a maintenance issue with your room, click here to submit a workorder to our facilities department. Your login ID is your room number. You do not need a password. Make sure to choose the client "CLU."
Important Dates
May 1
Last day to cancel Housing Contract and Application without financial penalty. After May 1st, there is a $100.00 charge.
July 10
Students can view their housing assignment, roommates, meal plan and campus address information on their CLU Portal.
July 31
For returning students this is the last day to cancel housing and receive only a $100.00 cancel fee. August 1st on, if you cancel your housing you will lose your entire $195.00 housing deposit.
August 30
All students may check into their residence halls. Freshman move in begins at 8am on Pederson Basketball Courts and Upperclassmen begin at 9am on the West side of campus.
