Based on student feedback, Sodexo now offers more flexibility with your meals (they roll over!) and more dining options (including a 4th meal!). Questions? Look here! At California Lutheran University we are fortunate to guarantee housing for all full-time undergraduate students. The University views living on campus as an important part of a student's complete educational experience. Full-time students (12 or more units per semester), enrolled in a traditional undergraduate program are required to live on campus through their Junior year (90 or more units). Senior standing students can still choose to live on campus. All students who live in University housing are making a commitment to abide by campus policies, as outlined in the student handbook.
Exceptions to the policy:
- students who are married
- 23 years of age or older
- students living with their parent(s)/legal guardian(s) within 30 miles of the campus
Students may petition the residency requirement after 4 semesters of on-campus living by picking up the appropriate form from the Residence Life office.

This is the last day you can change your meal plan. If you would like to change your meal plan, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, ID, and what you would like your meal plan to be.

Cancellations between May 2nd and May 31st will result in a $100 housing deposit cancellation fee
All non-graduating students must be moved out by 5pm
All graduating seniors must be moved out by 12pm
Cancellations between June 2nd and June 30th will result in a $300 housing deposit cancellation fee
Cancellations after July 1st will result in the full $400 housing deposit cancellation fee

Submit a Work order
If you are experiencing a maintenance issue with your room, submit a work order to our facilities department. Your login ID is your room number. You do not need a password. Make sure to choose the client "CLU."
