Welcome to Wellness Programs!

What We Do

Wellness Programs focuses its programming efforts on health and wellness topics for Cal Lutheran students. As advocates for healthy living, the staff makes tools and information available to help students receive the facts needed to make healthy choices while at CLU.

Monthly programming focuses on a wide range of topics from healthy eating habits to alcohol responsibility. Students are welcome to visit the office in the Student Union Building or contact the staff by email at wellness@callutheran.edu if they have any questions or need more information on a certain topic.

Wally's Tip of the Week

Keep yourself procted from the flu this season. If you have the flu, be sure to stay home until your fever stays away without the help of medicine for 24 hours. Help keep those around you healthy by coughing or sneezing into the inner crease of your elbow. The germs are less likely to spread when they are caught in your sleeve.

Wally's Insider Tip

Keep yourself protected from the flu this season washing your hands more often. No soap and water available? Hand sanitizer is the second best bet!
