Wellness Programs is grounded on the four main focus areas shown above. These program areas are aimed to help students receive the information needed to make healthy choices while at CLU, and to create a healthy foundation for life. As advocates for healthy living, Wellness Programs provides educational opportunities and accessible tools for the campus community to help create a culture of wellness-centered students.

The next Farmer's Market of the semester will be on December 12 from 12pm-3pm in the SBET Alcove. For those of you who joined us for our Farmer's Markets with the SEEd Project last year, click here for the recipes we showcased.
Wellness Programs and Rec Sports is excited to annouce Cal Lutheran's Biggest Loser. This is a 10 week program designed for students, faculty and staff that desire to develop a healthy lifestyle. Teams will be coached by student coaches (at least 2 coaches per team). There will be a grand prize for the winners of the following categories: the most participation, weight loss and body fat percentage loss.
