September's Recipes

Crispy Parmesan Zucchini Fries
Recipe From: Lean Green Bean

Ingredients:
Zucchini
Garlic Powder
Paprika
Flour
Egg
Parmesan Cheese
Panko Bread Crumbs

Directions:

Start by slicing the zucchini into thin slices. Then, season some flour with paprika and garlic powder. Roll the slices in the flour mixture, dip them in egg and then dropped them onto a plate with panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and a little more paprika and garlic powder. Place them in the oven at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, flip them over and then place them in for 10 more minutes. They brown up perfectly and get really crunchy. Serve them with a side of marinara sauce for dipping (optional).
