Women in Business 
The Women in Business club is for young women interested in finding a position in large corporations and the field of business. Our focus is to aid and guide young women to go against the status quo within the business world. By the end of each woman's time in our club, they will gather and utilize the skills and tools they learned, along with connections created with our guest speakers.
Latinx Business Student Association
The LatinX Business Student Association (LBSA) aims to increase LatinX professionals' representation in business by fostering the development of tomorrow’s leaders from diverse backgrounds and career fields.
DEIJ in Student Projects
Students research in DEIJ includes projects in the School of Management PRME initiatives and Sustainable Development Goals competition. As well as participating in Cal Lutheran’s McNairs Scholars Program.
