I joined the Exercise Science Department at CLU in the Fall of 2007. I teach Exercise Physiology, Advanced Exercise Physiology, and Capstone. My previous research focused on skeletal health and musculoskeletal aspects of aging.  Currently I am focusing on writing up several of those projects.
