Services We Offer

The Strategic University Events department provides consulting services for campus members who plan events on behalf of their departments and divisions. Our goal is to serve as a resource to the campus community to assist in ensuring successful events with quality standards that fall within university expectations and safety protocols.

Our team can assist with developing key processes and procedures that include the basic elements of event management: purpose, research, target audience, budget, planning, design, technology, coordination, and evaluation.

One of the ways to enlist our services is to complete the Event-In Take Form. The Event In-Take Form includes all of the event management aspects listed above and serves as a roadmap for the entire planning process.
