COPE Health Scholars Information Session and Q&A

COPE Health Scholars Information Session and Q&A

COPE Health Scholars Program allows participants the opportunity to shift from a selection of over 24 departments in the hospital such as the ICU, Emergency Room, Labor and Delivery Room, and Operating Room. Health scholars gain firsthand experience interacting with patients and being an integral part of the care delivery team while working alongside health professionals. The program is offered year-round with scholars receiving a certificate of completion from UCLA’s Executive Programs in Health Policy and Management after successfully completing 280 hours in the program. In light of the pandemic, various non-clinical floors are offered for scholars who still want to help out in the health field without direct contact with patients. Various project hours and leadership opportunities are also available for scholars. Come join our informational session to learn more about the application process, the program structure, hear experiences from current scholars, and a Q&A session at the end. We look forward to seeing you!
