About
Paul Roman Martinez is a graduate of CSU Bakersfield in Communications with an emphasis in Computer media and a minor in Asian Studies and History. He has made a career as a videographer, web designer, graphic designer and comic book illustrator. Along with teaching graphic design courses, Paul continues to publish his Eisner nominated Graphic Novel series. His focus is on preparing students for a professional design career and using design to build a better world around us.
Expertise
Paul has a wide range of design and visual arts knowledge including traditional and digital mediums. In addition, a strong understanding of the history of various mediums and their impact globally among different cultures. He has a deep knowledge of comic books as an artform from years of publishing as a comic book artist and writer.
