New Convocators Elected

New convocators will be introduced at CLU's Founders Day Convocation on Friday, Oct. 24, at 10 a.m. in Samuelson Chapel. Founders Day serves as the annual meeting of CLU's convocators who represent the church, faculty, students and community. The 100–member assembly will elect a slate of nominees to the Board of Regents, the governing body of the University.

The theme of the day is "Lutheran is our Middle Name." Delivered by Alexander Astin, Ph.D., the Allan M. Cartter Professor of Higher Education at UCLA, the keynote address will focus on how CLU's heritage shapes its approach to higher education and supports its mission.
