Partnering With Us

If you are a student or student organization that is interested in partnering with the Center for Cultural Engagement and Inclusion on a program/event, please see below for steps.

  1. Complete a programming request preferably at least a month prior to your intended program date. You should include the date, time, location, description of your event, and funding request. This gives us enough time to help support you in your planning!
  2. Once your request is reviewed you will receive a confirmation email from one of the CCEI staff members. We will ask you to set-up an appointment to discuss your program/event.
  3. Whoever you meet with will be your point person for your program/event. They will help support your marketing efforts, room reservations, budgeting plan, and any other questions or concerns throughout the planning and implementation process.

For larger programs/events that will need additional monetary support above $500, we highly encourage you to submit a budget request to ASCLUG for additional funding. We are happy to support you through this process.
