Monthly Payment Plan
The payment plan option allows you to pay your balance in installments with offer automatic monthly electronic check withdrawals and no interest.
Payment Plans
Traditional undergraduate students and those those on the 15-week and 11 week semesters may enroll in the Annual or Semester Plan.
No payment plans are available for 8-week programs, undergraduate summer sessions or any weekend-only courses. However you can make any payments amount by logging into WebAdvisor . Keep in mind that every first of the month interest is assessed on any unpaid balance. You must have a zero balance in order to be eligible to sign up for future classes.
Cost to Enroll
Cost: $100 per year. This enrollment fee is non-refundable and processed at time of enrollment.
Payment Schedule
First installment and enrollment fee are paid at the time of enrollment and subsequent payments are processed on the 15th of each month until scheduled completion.
If you enroll in the payment plan early, your total will be distributed over more months and the amount of each installment will be less.

Payment Method
Automatic electronic check payment from domestic checking and savings accounts. Credit and debit cards are not accepted.

- Enrollment fees are non-refundable
- $25 fee is charged if a payment is returned
- California Lutheran University reserves the right to withdraw students from the monthly payment plans due to two or more returned payments. Withdrawal from non-completed payment plan will result in interest charges of .83% assessed each month on unpaid balances, courses and housing may be canceled and a hold will placed on students accounts.
Balance Adjustments
Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your account balance monthly. Contact Student Accounts with necessary changes or questions at (805) 493-3173 or (805) 493-3180.
Under these plans, your student account balance is paid in installments and payments are spread evenly throughout the duration of the plan.
