Event Description
Sarah Sentilles, who earned her master of divinity degree from Harvard, will describe some of the insights that she gained from interviewing women who were called to priesthood. She portrays their struggles and triumphs - from trying to land at least one normal date, to dealing with relentless comments about their clothing, bodies and sexuality, to winning over tough congregants. The result is the rich and provocative book A Church of her own.
