Application Requirements:

  2. Complete Application online at
  3. Two (2) Recommendation Forms
  4. Personal Statement
  5. $25.00 Online Application fee
  6. Official transcripts from all regionally accredited 4-year colleges and universities attended and any graduate work. Official transcripts must be ordered and sent directly to Cal Lutheran via certified e-transcript or mail. We recommend e-transcript if available at your institution.

  1. CTC issued certificate/permit/credential
  2. Current negative TB test
  3. Verification of CBEST registration or passing of Basic Skills Requirement
  4. Verification of CSET registration (minimum one subtest) or passing of Subject Matter
