Safe Passage: The First 4000 Days

Safe Passage

This program provides free after school education and recreation opportunities to provide an alternative to communities affected by gang activity.

TRIO Pre-University Programs

TRIO Pre-University Programs

The federal TRIO programs at Cal Lutheran—Upward Bound, Math and Science, and Talent Search—support underserved high-school students in their preparation for college entrance.

Rising Scholars Academy

This partnership with Moorpark College, provides a pathway to a bachelor’s degree for local middle school students who may not be considering going to college.

OMEGA Initiative: Oxnard Male Educational Goal Achievement Initiative

This program at Oxnard College focuses on increasing access, course completion, ESL and basic skills completion, degrees, certificates and transfer for all students.

MICOP

The mission of Mixteco Indigena Community Organizing Project (MICOP) is to strengthen the Mixtec and indigenous immigrant community in Ventura County.

TRIO

TRIO Upward Bound Oxnard

Upward Bound serves high school students from low-income families and students from familes where neither parent holds a BA complete high school and enroll in and graduate college and/or vocational institutions.
