Adult, Child, Infant CPR

Adult, Child, Infant CPR is a specific type of CPR certification, and required for teaching credential eligibility. Candidates should refer to their specific credential information to determine when it is required.  The course must meet the criteria of the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.

If you are unable to pass the CPR training due to a disability, you must provide a letter from the provider that you have attended the CPR training, as well as submit a doctor's statement regarding the disability.

Photocopy the front and back of the CPR card, or include other similar verification such as Certificate of Completion, when submitting the credential application.

If certificate/card states Eligible for Skills Session within 90 days then the additional training is required to be completed, before submitting proof of completion, to the Credentials Office.
