Emergency Financial Aid Grants were posted to the student’s self-service portal. Recipients of the grant were notified via email at their student email address of the award and an individualized pop-up message displayed when entering their myCLU student portal. The pop-up message allowed the student to authorize the funds to be applied to their CLU balance due or sent directly to them. Students who failed to respond within 30-days were automatically mailed a paper check at the address on file.
