Pricing

All rates are in 4 hour increments.

• Small events (< 100):
  • $650 commercial plus direct costs
  • $500 non-profit plus direct costs
• Large events (100+):
  • $900 commercial plus direct costs
  • $700 non-profit plus direct costs
• Athletic practices (2 hour minimum):
  • $125/hr commercial plus direct costs
  • $75/hr non-profit plus direct costs
• Games/competitions:
  • $125/hr commercial plus direct costs
  • $75/hr non-profit plus direct costs

Direct costs include painting lines, moving goals, adding seating, bathrooms.
