Ronald Hagler

Professor Hagler, currently the MBA Program Director and professor in the School of Business of CLU, provides consulting services for business owners. He has worked for Deloitte & Touche as their Southern California Area Controller, as a Legal Administrator for the law firms of Lagerloff, Senecal, Bradley & Swift and Morris, Polish & Purdy and Business Brokers of America.

He provides Business Valuation for management succession, estate, divorce, buyouts (buyer or seller), and other personal business reasons. Dr. Hagler has provided consulting services for over 20 years for retail, manufacturing, and professional service firms, including law firms. He has served as an expert witness in wrongful termination issues and law firm dissolution.

His clients include Grumman Aerospace, Plessy Capacitors, Wordplex Corp., Del Manufacturing, Stoll Metalcraft, Inc., Shelter Clean, Inc., Orlando Convention Photo, Inc., Web Services, Inc., Delta Tau Data Systems, Inc., Automated Applications, Inc., Ball & York, LLP, Scientific Cutting Tools, Inc., Saticoy Lemon, Lauterbach & Associates, and Office of the Chief Scientist, and DPSCWest (Data Processing Service Center West) Pacific Missile Test Center, U.S. Navy.

Ron is a former Air Force Lt. Colonel. As a command pilot he has flown about 4,000 flight hours and flew 126 combat missions in Viet Nam. Among his decorations are the Distinguished Flying Cross and five Air Medals.

Ron earned his bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University, his MBA from The George Washington University and his Doctorate from USC.
