Lee C. Schuh

Lee Schuh has served over 18 years in the financial industry. He is currently self employed as a fee only financial planner. Prior to that, he was a real estate broker and professional negotiator. As an Enrolled agent, he has prepared taxes since the 1960’s. Lee holds a Bachelor Degree in Business (accounting) and a JD in law from UCLA. He completed the CFP program through the College of Financial Planning and the ChFC through American University.

Financial Planning Career

1995 to Present: Self-employed Certified Financial Planner™. Establish financial plans for individuals; provide business and insurance planning for small businesses; provide investment advice; prepare personal budgets and retirement plans; and prepare S corporation and estate tax documents. Specializes in the Middle Class market. Fee Only.

1986 to 1996: Real estate broker specializing in re-financing of residences for recently laid off personnel. Assisted clients in establishing budgets and finding new careers.

Teaching Career

Part-time business and law instructor in the Los Angeles Community College District from 1973 to 1976.

Since 1976, taught various finance and business courses on a part time basis for University of California and CSU Extension Systems, graduate courses at CLU and Northrop University, and financial planning courses for College of Financial Planning. Also taught in-house courses.
