    In her talk, "Minority Serving Institutions: America's Underutilized Resource for Strengthening the STEM Workforce," Cristina Villalobos discusses the contributions of MSIs to the workforce in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) and provides recommendations to expand effective practices beyond these institutions.
