Measuring Success
The success of a strategic plan can be measured in many ways. If students feel more welcome, able to graduate, or aware of opportunities for meaningful engagement, the plan has accomplished its goal: to positively impact and enhance the student experience.
Each initiative has its own set of success metrics, but the plan in full is being tracked by these Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Retention
The percentage of first-year students who persist onto their second year.
