Event Details
What: Sandblast Beach Volleyball Tournament - Cal Lutheran's Welcome Back IM Sports Volleyball Tournament is a great way to start off the new school year with your friends. Set the tone for Intramural Sport competition by winning this tournament!
Where: Mogen and New West Beach Volleyball Courts (check-in at Mogen)
When: Saturday September 13th, 2014
TeamCheck-in: 30 minutes before game time (check IM webpage for games times)
Tournament Time: 11:00am - 2:00pm
Who: Current Students, Staff, and Faculty can participate
Team Registration:Register you team by 12pm on Friday 9/12
Individual Registration: All players and team captains need to have completed the online Individual Registration before the day of the event.
Game Time Schedule: Tournament Brackets and Game Times will be posted online by 5:00pm 9/12.
Cost: None
Team Registration and Individual Registration is due Friday September 12th, 2014 by 8 pm. There are no late entries into the tournament. Captains, make sure that each member of your team has individually registered before the deadline!
Roster Regulations
- 4 vs. 4 games
- Min. of 4 players and a Max. of 10 player per team
- Best of three - matches to 15 pts.
- Must have at least one player of each gender playing at all times
- No more than two varsity sport athletes playing at a time (Pertains to each team)
- Only current Cal Lutheran students, staff, and faculty allowed to play

- Sunscreen
- Beach towel
- Backpack
- Water, Gatorade, etc.
- Food and Snacks
