ICMA Student Chapter

The ICMA Student Chapter seeks to introduce students to various career pathways in local government and prepare them to have successful careers, provide opportunities to network with city/county professionals and other students interested in public service, connect with alumni working in government, offer trainings in leadership and professional development, share internship and fellowship resources, and find mentors and coaches for students in the local government profession. ICMA is the premier local government association with more than 13,000 members worldwide. Membership is free to join the ICMA Student Chapter and members receive complimentary registration to ICMA's regional and national conferences and access to ICMA's newsletters and other resources.
