Join us to learn from a panel of three professionals in the hospitality industry as they discuss their educational and professional experiences.

Panel Michael Andrew Reardon, a United States Air Force veteran, is the acting director of operations at the Palm Garden Hotel in Thousand Oaks, California. He owns and operates the 805 Bears, a semi-professional football team under the Labelle Developmental Football League. He is a board member of the league. Reardon was the Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce's 2018 Ambassador of the Year, a recipient of the Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce's 2017 40 Under Forty award, and a 2017 graduate of Leadership Conejo.

Suzie Hiller, a Cal Lutheran alumna, is currently the director of people and culture at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles. In her 15 years of experience with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, she has worked as a part-time attendant at Kids For All Seasons, as human resources manager and senior human resources manager at the Four Seasons Resort Vail, and as assistant director of human resources at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. Hiller currently overseas over 600 employees and is an integral part of maintaining what is most important about Four Seasons, the people.

Ciara Shuster graduated from Cal Poly Pomona's Hospitality program and worked at Marriott's Desert Springs Villas as a housekeeping manager for three years. She started as an intern with Marriott before entering the Management Development Program.
