13th Annual Ventura County CABE Conference

The Ventura County Chapter of the California Association for Bilingual Education will host its 13th annual conference on Friday, Oct. 8.

At this annual event, educators and parents reconnect and promote best practices in the education of bilingual students. We invite you to be a part of this virtual learning experience!

This year’s event will showcase local Pre-K- through university-level educators whose expertise is in providing an outstanding education for English learners and migrant students.

Michele Dean, EdD, of California Lutheran University’s Graduate School of Education, will facilitate a session titled “Research Matters” with guests 2021 Cal Lutheran EdD Scholars Scott Carroll and Maria Elena Plaza.

In addition to multiple workshops, the event also will include networking, entertainment and a raffle.

Registration is required. Cost is $50. Participants will receive the Zoom link in a confirmation email prior to the event.
