About this webinar:
Our world is currently going through a period of unprecedented and uncharted change. How are you dealing with this change personally? How are you dealing with it as a leader? As an organization? Drawing upon William Bridges' Transitions Framework, this interactive webinar will help nonprofit and foundation staff and board members gain a deeper understanding of how the destabilizing forces of change are impacting their organizations and their own lives. It will also give participants concrete tools and well-tested strategies for helping to guide people through this challenging period.

Participants will leave having had a chance to process some of their own feelings and experiences related to realities of navigating COVID-19, as well as with the beginnings of a Transition Management Plan for their organizations. The workshop will focus both on the individual level (How am I navigating this period of change and uncertainty and how can I be a better resource to myself and my loved ones) and the organizational level (How can I as a formal or informal leader, better support my organization in navigating our current challenges?).

Who should participate? Each participating organization is invited to send a team up to two (2) people which can consist of formal and informal leaders of nonprofit organizations and foundations. This includes staff of any level of their organization as well as board members.

Please Note. This webinar will be highly interactive and require your participation throughout the session. Space is limited.
