Performance Anxiety Workshop
Join us for a supportive workshop designed to help you understand and manage athletic performance anxiety. Learn tangible skills to reduce stress and perform at your best in competitive environments. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started, this session is open to all students and aims to ensure every attendee walks away with at least one practical tool to better handle performance-related anxiety. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided!
