Recruiting, retaining, inspiring and acknowledging volunteers is essential for any nonprofit. This two, half-day workshop series aims at deepening your practice in managing your volunteers and getting the most from this important group of organizational stakeholders. Attend one or both days!

One day:
$45 for members

Day One – May 23

  • Running a Successful Volunteer Program

This nuts and bolts session will explore the fundamentals of a well-conceived and well implemented volunteer program, including clarity of expectations, recruitment and placement, orientation and training, supervising and inspiring, retention and recognition.  Learn effective ways to LOVE your volunteers by providing them the support they need to succeed.

  • Partnering with Student Interns
